Smart HeatSinks (SHS) offers the patented, low cost, surface mounted heat sinks (SMT) to meet the challenging in max. cooling and small footprint. The new heat sinks comprise an Al extruded and black anodized heat sink body and solderable copper feet named "Roller" forged into heat sink body to create tight contacts to reduce the interface thermal resistance.
     Unlike any others, the unique designed heat sinks have 3 times surface areas over that of those on market, and the black body increase thermal performance up to 30% more over bright copper heat sinks. The heat sinks are 100% compatible in footprint and space occupation, but have up to 500% more heat transfer capacity over those on market. Designers can simply replace the existing heat sinks with ours to improve power dissipations & reliability without the needs to change PCB layout.
